Allison is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Allison began her fitness career as a personal trainer in Los Angeles, California in 1997.  


From 2003-2009, Allison was a professional singer, dancer and performer releasing two albums titled "Take A Good Look" and "

Allison is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Allison began her fitness career as a personal trainer in Los Angeles, California in 1997.  


From 2003-2009, Allison was a professional singer, dancer and performer releasing two albums titled "Take A Good Look" and "Hey You" under the artist name "Alyson".   Seven of her songs topped the Billboard Dance Chart and radio playlists nationwide.  Allison toured nationwide performing with Lady Gaga, Joss Stone and more.  Her friend and fitness colleague, Shaun T, choreographed her live shows and appears in her music video "Forever" that was Top 5 on MTV LOGO for 12 weeks.  Visit  www.youtube.com/@alysonartist to see her music videos.


Allison's song "Here With Me" was awarded "Best Dance Song of the Year" by Billboard Magazine.  She also won "Top 40 Breakthrough Artist of the Year" at the New Music Weekly Awards in Hollywood, CA.  


Today, Allison is deeply dedicated to helping people attain and sustain better health through exercise and nutrition.  Allison is particularly passionate about helping people strive to prevent chronic illness with improved exercise and nutrition.

Allison's approach to health and wellness combines scientifically-based exercise and nutrition to maximize the health benefits for her clients.  Allison helps each of her clients design their own individually-tailored plan for exercise and nutrition to reach their personal health goals in a very sustainable way.  By making small, progressive, and consistent changes in exercise and nutrition routines, you can improve your health and achieve your health goals (whether it's to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, gain strength, improve body composition, lose weight, develop better balance, avoid injuries in daily living, and other goals).   Allison works with people of all ages  to improve their overall health and quality of life.

Personal Training:

Focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, heart health, and improved body composition.  Allison and client design an individualized plan

Personal Training:

Focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, heart health, and improved body composition.  Allison and client design an individualized plan together that best meets the client's goals.  Training can incorporate free weights, weight and resistance machines, cardiorespiratory exercises, core strengthening, balance techniques and stretching.


Nutrition consultation and planning:

Focuses on improving quality of food selections to reduce processed sources and increase whole foods including vegetables, fruits, and healthy proteins, carbohydrates and fats.  Allison and client design a client-specific nutrition plan that includes meal planning to meet client's health goals and that is sustainable within the client's individual lifestyle.  Included in session offerings are advance meal preparation techniques (the BEST time saver and key strategy for eating healthier when you have a busy schedule).


Personal Training and Nutrition Consultation sessions are held at Type One Fitness (a new state-of-the-art boutique fitness center in Norwell).  If the client is located outside of the Boston South Shore area, sessions are held via zoom.  Please contact us for rates.
